Following this the Effigent Software Solutions team noticed a gap in the market for innovative Software/Staffing/HR outsourcing in Hyderabad, as well as Business Advisory and recruitment services that offered real commercial value to exciting growing start up’s and ambitious SME’s. More than 5years later Effigent Software Solutions are one of the Hyderabad leading Software/Staffing and HR Outsourcing providers with office in the heart of Telangana (Hyderabad). Day to day employee relation issues are dealt with swiftly and often start with seeking guidance from the client in terms of what outcome they wish to see from a specific issue, i.e. a swift termination or performance improvement plan put in place. At the other end of the scale we often find that we are the custodians of employee centric interventions, simply reminding the client what is the “right” thing to do and being brave enough to tell them that their proposed cause of action is wrong! Some of our clients work in highly regulated environments and that means that the HR Management team will need to deal with Remuneration Committees of financial services organisations.
